چکیده
This document outlines the changes to the EGS4 code between the SNOMAN 2-07 implementation (EGS4, version 1) and SNOMAN 2-08 (EGS4, version 2) implementation. A brief description of the changes is given, together with my assessment of the relevance to SNO. This document draws heavily on the references contained herein and a set of lecture notes entitled "History and overview of EGS4" [1].

Distributed Stable Matching Problems with Ties and Incomplete Lists
We consider the Stable Marriage Problem and the Stable Roommates Problem in presence of ties and incomplete preference lists. They can be solved by centralized algorithms, but this requires to make public preference lists, something that members would prefer to avoid for privacy reasons. This motivates a distributed formulation to keep privacy. We propose a distributed constraint approach that ...
متن کاملImmunocontraception in Eastern gray squirrels (Sciurus carolinensis): morphologic changes in reproductive organs.
Eastern gray squirrels (EGS) (Sciurus carolinensis) damage trees through bark stripping or gnawing due to territorial marking or agonistic gnawing behavior in concert with higher densities. This study was conducted to determine the effects of a contraceptive vaccine on EGS and its reproductive organ histology. Free-ranging urban EGS were vaccinated with the immunocontraceptive GonaCon. All EGS ...
متن کاملLumbar Spine of Spontaneously Developing Osteoarthritis Mouse (STR/ort mouse) ŒRadiological and Histological study-
INTRODUCTION: The STR/ort strain of mouse, an inbred strain derived from STR/1N, has been reported to be an acceptable animal model for studying the development of osteoarthritis (OA) [1]. About 85% of all male mice spontaneously develop OA in the medial tibial plateau of the knee joint at 7-9 months of age. Importantly, histopathological changes in the lesions of the STR/ort mouse closely rese...
متن کاملUpdate on equine grass sickness
Surveillance Equine grass sickness (EGS, equine dysautonomia) remains a frequently fatal polyneuropathy of equids. The Animal Health Trust (AHT) continues to host a nationwide surveillance scheme (http://www.equinegrasssickness.co.uk/), in which data from 1410 EGS cases, collated for the decade 2000-2009, were published previously [1]. Since 2010 a further 642 EGS cases have been reported to th...
متن کاملEquine grass sickness in Scotland: a case-control study of signalment- and meteorology-related risk factors.
REASONS FOR PERFORMING STUDY Equine grass sickness (EGS) remains a frequently fatal disease of equids in Britain. Since previous investigations of signalment- and meteorology-related risk factors for EGS have yielded some conflicting data, further investigation is warranted. OBJECTIVES To identify signalment- and meteorology-related risk factors for EGS in Scotland. STUDY DESIGN Retrospecti...
